Vi do let the house in periods where it is free to conscientious people who want a relaxing vacation in a good climate and in nice surroundings. The house is in a good condition and we are anxious that it stays that way. We are using the house a lot ourselves, but the periods which are free for rental you can find by "clicking" on the link below. The calender gives in addition to bookingstatus also information on what weeks are regarded as low, mid, high and peak season. The table below shows related weekly rental price for each of the apartments and for the whole house. For long-term rental, please contact us for more information and a better price for you!

Is the house/ apartments free??

The house and apartments are booked from saturdays to saturdays. I.e. with arriving guests expected in the afternoon, and departing guests leaving before noon, allowing our excellent housekeepers a few hours to clean the house, change linen, etc. to make the house ready and shining for you at your arrival.

A third of the rental fee is payable upon reservation, and the rest is payable 1 (one) month before arrival.

To ensure a clean house to all visitors we are using our caretakers to ensure the house/ apartment is cleaned, linen and towels are washed at the end of the stay.

- For high - and mid season, the cleaning service is included in the rental cost.

- For low season, the cost for this service is covered by the renter and will be specified in the price offer given upon request.  For the winter season, an additional fee for the heating gas consumption will apply.
